Here are some corrections from the first publication of Nourish Cakes:
p. 119: Spicy Vegan Chocolate Cake
Under the instructions, paragraph 5, please amend “Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl, cover with ground flaxseed with 3 tablespoons of boiling water” to “Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl, cover with 3 tablespoons of boiling water”.
p. 121: Christmas Fruit & Root Cake
Under “FOR THE FRUIT MIX”, please remove: “390g (13¾oz) mixed fruit”. The ingredients should simply start at “100g (3½oz/¾cup) mixed peel”.
