What I do
As a freelance New Product Development pastry chef, I partner with bakeries and food businesses to create show-stopping products that deliver both creative impact and commercial results.
Working closely with clients throughout the development process, I ensure every recipe is optimised for existing production systems, cost targets, branding and customer expectations. By integrating costing from early-stage testing, flexing formulations and methods around real production constraints, and aligning concepts with brand identity, I translate on-trend ideas into scalable, high-volume products that sell.
With experience across both artisanal and large-scale wholesale bakeries - and a background in cake decorating and food styling - I bring products to market that look exceptional, taste outstanding, and drive sustainable profitability.
